Who We Are
Established in 2016, Buildlink Development Limited is a Civil and Construction company based in Nairobi – Kenya and Mugadishu Somalia. We specialize in Brickwork, Form-work, Plastering, Concrete Floors, Concrete Slabs, Tiling, Painting and Paving. We have the experience and know-how to work on Commercial and Retail projects as well as construction of housing developments, including complexes and large residential estates.
Over time we have gradually upgraded and evolved to undertake and commission projects of varied nature ranging from Industrial Developments to Public Utilities, Commercial Buildings and Large Civil Engineering Projects. Our client portfolio includes Governments and Government Agencies, Public Sector, International Development Agencies and Private Sector / Corporate Organizations.
Buildlink Development Limited now boasts of a total number of 23 full-time employees and over 30 on reserve. With the projected business growth in the coming years, we expect that this number will grow.
Our Vision
Our ultimate guiding vision is to provide quality services in civil and construction industries, undertaking given works/projects with a priority on safety methodology while at the same time at an effective cost to the client. We aim to create employment, bring development a nd nurture skills in communities weโre tasked to work in. This will in turn improve the standard of construction by building to expected quality using safe methods of construction, while giving clients value for their money.
Our Mission
Our company mission is to improve the standard of living of our surrounding communities. We fully intend to empower these disadvantaged communities by providing employment and skills which inherently lead to development and better lives for people in the communities where Tenders are awarded. It is also our mission to improve the standard of civil and construction quality in our country by using highly skilled personnel and competitive modern technologies to perform our allocated tasks.
